I started in luxury hospitality at eighteen, at the Corinthia in Tripoli, and spent the next two decades moving through Starwood in Malta, Ritz-Carlton in Bahrain, and Accor and Shangri-La in Doha.
By the time I left the corporate world I was Vice President of PR and Corporate Communications for Shangri-La Group, covering the Middle East, India, the Indian Ocean, Europe and the Americas.
I founded JRN in 2021 because I wanted to build the kind of agency I always wished we had had as a client. Boutique. Senior-led. Regionally fluent. Willing to disagree. Structured so the people doing the work were supported rather than ground down.
I am a columnist for Harper's Bazaar Arabia and a regular contributor to Entrepreneur Middle East, Arabian Business, Hia and Sayidaty. I speak at industry conferences including Forbes Middle East and Future Hospitality Summit.
I am a wife, and a mother of four.
